Tour cancellation policy

Terms or conditions

  • If you inform us about the tour cancellation one month ahead or 30 days before your arrival in Bhutan, we charge 8% of the tour costs.
  • If you inform us about the tour cancellation less than one month (30 days) but more than 15 days before your arrival, we charge 12% of the tour costs.
  • If you are inform us about the tour cancellation less than 15 days, we charge 15% of the tour costs
  • If you inform us about the tour cancellation five or less than five days before your arrival in Bhutan, we charge 50% of the tour costs.
